Job Description: Officer – Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Validation
    • Review analytical documents for regulatory submissions.
  2. Raw Material & Packaging Material (RM/PM) Review
    • Ensure compliance of raw material specifications and standard test procedures (STP) with pharmacopoeial standards.
    • Review packaging material specifications and STPs.
  3. Manufacturing Compliance
    • Review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packaging records (BPR) for regulatory filings.
  4. Analytical Method Validation & Transfer
    • Review analytical method validation (AMV) and method transfer documents.
  5. Process & Equipment Validation
    • Evaluate process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification documents.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MSc (Chemistry)
  • Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical QA/QC, preferably in API or formulation manufacturing.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with USFDA, MHRA, PMDA, WHO-GMP guidelines.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
