Micro Labs Ltd. is seeking talented and dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:

1. AQA Department:

• Position: Document Review Officer/Executive
• Experience: 3-4 years
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (relevant field preferred). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are crucial for this role. Experience in document review and quality assurance within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry is highly desirable. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Stores Department:

• Position: Dispensing (RM, PM)
• Experience: Fresher
• Qualifications: BSc degree (Male candidates only). This role involves the accurate dispensing of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and adherence to strict procedures are paramount.

3. QA Department:

• Position: Sampling
• Experience: Fresher
• Qualifications: BSc degree (Male candidates only). This role involves the collection and handling of samples for quality testing. A strong understanding of laboratory procedures and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

4. Engineering Department:

• Position: Process Engineer / HVAC
• Experience: 0-3 years
• Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics). This position involves working on process improvements and maintaining HVAC systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Experience with HVAC systems and process engineering principles is preferred.
• Position: Management Trainee/Officer/Executive
• Experience: 0-3 years
• Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics). This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience to begin a career in management within a dynamic pharmaceutical company.

5. EHS Department (Environment, Health & Safety):

• Position: Officer/Executive
• Experience: 0-3 years
• Qualifications: Diploma in Safety. This crucial role focuses on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is essential. Experience in EHS within a manufacturing setting is a plus.
