Responsibilities of the Clinical Trial Associate

As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include:

• Document Management: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining essential trial documents.
• Ethics Committee and IRB Submissions: Preparing and submitting documentation to Ethics Committees (EC) and Institutional Review Boards (IRB).
• Vendor Coordination: Supporting vendor selection and liaising with vendors to ensure compliance.
• System Entries: Maintaining accurate entries in clinical trial systems like Study Information Management (SIM).
• Investigator File (IF) and Trial Master File (TMF) Management: Managing files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Patient Materials: Assisting in the preparation of patient-facing materials to support trial participation.

Qualifications for the Role

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Clinical Trial Associate.
• Location: This is an office-based position in Bangalore.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Education: Relevant degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
