Job Details: Quality Assurance Officer/Executive

Number of Positions: 3

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience: 1-7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Location: FDC Limited, Baddi (HP), India

Key Responsibilities and Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise and experience in several key areas, including but not limited to:

• APQR (Annual Product Quality Review): Experience conducting comprehensive product quality reviews, analyzing data, and identifying trends.
• Stability Studies: Proficient in conducting and interpreting stability data to ensure product shelf life and quality.
• SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Development and Review: Experience developing, reviewing, and updating SOPs in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
• BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Production Records) Review: Ability to thoroughly review manufacturing records to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) experience: Familiarity with quality control procedures specific to oral solid dosage forms.
• QMS (Quality Management System): Understanding and experience working within a quality management system, preferably ISO 9001 compliant.
• Market Complaints and Deviations Handling: Experience investigating and resolving market complaints and deviations from established procedures.
• CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action): Proficient in developing and implementing effective CAPA plans.
