• Technician: Contribute to the smooth operation of our production lines through hands-on work and adherence to strict quality standards.
• Officer: Take on responsibilities related to quality control, process validation, or other key functions, demonstrating increasing proficiency.
• Sr. Officer: Supervise teams, handle complex projects and contribute to process improvements, ensuring quality and efficiency within their respective domains.
• Executive: Lead teams, manage projects, implement strategies, and guide junior staff in a leadership role.
